Om stillingen

Som Business Controller får du en sentral rolle i videreutviklingen av økonomistyring, rapportering og beslutningsstøtte i OSO Hotwater. Du vil arbeide tett med ledelsen og bidra med analyser, innsikt og forbedringsforslag som styrker lønnsomhet, effektivitet og kontroll i virksomheten.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Økonomisk analyse, budsjettering og prognosearbeid

Lønnsomhets- og kostnadsanalyser for forretningsområder

Oppfølging av nøkkeltall og videreutvikling av styringsverktøy

Identifisere forbedringsmuligheter og effektiviseringstiltak

Støtte beslutningsprosesser med datadrevet innsikt, inkludert bruk av kunstig intelligens der det er relevant

Bidra i ad hoc-analyser og prosjekter

Kvalifikasjoner og egenskaper

Utdanning innen økonomi, finans eller tilsvarende

Erfaring fra controlling, økonomistyring eller revisjon

Sterke analytiske ferdigheter og evne til å tolke komplekse data

God forretningsforståelse og evne til å se helheten

Erfaring fra produksjonsbedrift er en fordel

Gode ferdigheter i Excel og økonomisystemer, gjerne Power BI og Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Proaktiv, selvgående og tydelig i kommunikasjonen

About the position
As Business Controller, you will play a key role in further developing financial management, reporting and decision support at OSO Hotwater. You will work closely with management and contribute analyses, insights and improvement proposals that strengthen profitability, efficiency and control across the business.

Responsibilities

Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting

Profitability and cost analyses for business areas

Monitoring key performance indicators and further developing management tools

Identifying improvement opportunities and efficiency measures

Supporting decision-making processes with data-driven insight, including the use of artificial intelligence where relevant

Contributing to ad hoc analyses and projects

Qualifications and personal qualities

Education in economics, finance or a related field

Experience from controlling, financial management or auditing

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data

Good business understanding and the ability to see the bigger picture

Experience from a manufacturing company is an advantage

Strong skills in Excel and financial systems, preferably Power BI and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Proactive, independent and clear in your communication
