Do you have a sharp commercial instinct, strategic drive, and a genuine passion for brand building?

We are looking for a Brand Manager who is ready to take ownership of one of the industry’s most iconic brands; a brand that brings together energy, engagement, and perfectionism in everything it does.

About the Role

As Brand Manager at Robert Prizelius, you will be responsible for planning and managing the annual cycle for one of our most important premium spirits brands.

You will lead listing management and innovation at Vinmonopolet and build long-term brand equity with consumers in the Norwegian market.

You will inspire the sales team and lead a substantial activation programme, making sure every execution meets the highest standard.

The role calls for someone who can translate strategy into local action, who thrives when coordinating complex projects, who is confident presenting to brand owners, and who has a natural sense of prioritisation and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • You analyse and develop a deep understanding of the spirits market across both on-trade and off-trade, draw insightful conclusions, and turn them into brand plans and budgets that drive market share growth.

  • You present plans and budgets to internal leadership and brand owners, ensuring buy-in across the organisation.

  • You are responsible for innovation planning and develop the plans and materials that equip the sales team to succeed in the market.

  • You own the flawless execution of strategic plans and deliver a comprehensive activation programme with a clear ROI focus and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • You build and maintain a strong relationship with the brand owner through excellent communication and a professional hosting culture.

  • You carry full budget responsibility and control throughout the year, and you contribute to putting the company’s sustainability strategy into practice in your day-to-day work.

What We Are Looking For
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher education in marketing, business, or economics

  • 2--5 years of experience in field sales, brand management, trade marketing (or similar, abvantage if within beverages, energy drinks, or FMCG)

  • Commercial storytelling and persuasion skills that bring plans to life for internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong business judgement and numeracy

  • Practical fluency with AI and data-driven tools, with a genuine interest in using new technology to work smarter

  • A genuine feel for the culture and mindset of our core custumers (20-to-24-year-olds): you understand music, festival and nightlife culture

  • Ability to own and lead large-scale activation and event programmes from plan to flawless execution

  • Solid understanding of budgets and experience with planning, evaluation, and reporting

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally

  • High work capacity, strong work ethic, and excellent prioritisation skills

  • A drive and ability for continuous learning and professional development

  • Fluent in English and good working proficiency in Norwegian

  • Drivers lincense (klasse B)

What We Offer

Together, you will make sure the portfolio keeps gaining market share in a highly social, varied and competitive industry.

You will also get access to the insight, data and tools that give you a real edge in every decision.
