The Role

We are seeking a high-potential Commercial Product Manager to help drive our growth and shape our future together with us. This is a unique opportunity for someone with both commercial drive and the ability to understand complex technical solutions in a competent SaaS scale-up environment.

What You’ll Do

• Take a leading role in SaaS commercial strategy, partner growth, and market entry.
• Drive partner success and scalable onboarding processes.
• Work with the Tellu SaaS team to turn our SaaS into an international category leader
• Take part in the TelluCare product roadmap execution across our TelluCare Product portfolio (digital supervision, digital home visits, remote patient monitoring, and insights).
• Bridge product strategy and partner deliveries --- working closely with the Tellu SaaS team and partners.
• Take part to ensure we meet our milestones, pilots, and product launches on time.

What We’re Looking For

• A talented Commercial Product Manager that may be early in your career, yet already demonstrating strong skills in strategic thinking and executional drive.
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills with proven drive and enthusiasm.
• Ability to understand technical architectures and SaaS solutions (not as a developer, but as a strategic problem-solver).
• Sharp eye for market opportunities and the ability to map our digital solutions to customer needs,
• Background from strategy consulting, SaaS scale-ups, or commercial product management preferred.
• Energy and curiosity to work hands-on in a dual role bridging product and business.
• A person that enjoys working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with competent and ambitious colleagues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (Scandinavian language skills is a plus).
