We’re looking for a curious and driven Junior Project Manager to join our experienced freshwater team. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to work at the forefront of land-based smolt production using cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global technical experts in RAS and CCS, dive into complex data to uncover actionable insights, communicate findings clearly through impactful visual storytelling and contribute to projects primarily in Norway, with opportunities to support initiatives across other business units.

Key responsibilities-
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand problems and define hypotheses or mitigations.

Coordinate surveillance program for water quality and microbiota in RAS.

Coordinate field work regarding tests and sampling of water quality or fish.
-
Coordinate a network of internal RAS biologist in Norway.
-
Provide technical support to farming in safeguarding water quality and maturations of biofilters.
-
Update technical overview of freshwater facilities as well as internal tools and procedures.
-
Support the development of One Mowi RAS, our requirements for building and construction of new facilities.

Coordinate validation testing of 3rd party equipment.

Document findings and present results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Participate in relevant research projects.

Master’s degree in aquaculture, microbiology in water (RAS), fish biology, fish physiology, or fish health.

Practical experience from land-based smolt production.

Knowledge in sampling fish and logistics of analysis.
-
Knowledge in statistical tools such as python, R, or other similar analytical languages.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).

Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Honest and trustworthy personality.

Work well in teams but also individual responsibilities.
