Are you an experienced HVAC professional with a passion for technical excellence, product development, and knowledge sharing? At Novenco AS, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical HVAC Technical Lead who will serve as our technical authority within HVAC equipment, supporting both engineering and business development activities. Tasks and responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority and subject matter expert in Mechanical HVAC Equipment

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, providing guidance on product selection to the organization.

• Serve as a Technical Mentors to Engineering Execution and HVAC Engineering teams.

• Ensure engineering knowledge is captured, structured, and accessible across the organization; maintain up-to-date technical product information.

• Deliver technical training and onboarding of new Engineering Execution and HVAC Engineering team members.

• Maintain and update product selection software, and develop and manage engineering tools (both hardware and software).

• Act as Product Owner in line with the Product Categories and Responsibilities Matrix. (AHU’s, FCU’s, Ventilation fans, Dampers, Ducting, Heat Recovery Units, Intake and discharge units, measuring stations, and other various mechanical parts)

• Maintain awareness of product pricing levels and supplier landscape.

• Evaluate new product suppliers in coordination with the Procurement Department.

• Actively contribute to Business Development and Sales activities.

• Initiate and actively participate in R&D activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience HVAC & R industry

• Intermediate/advanced experience in HVAC systems and equipment

• Intermediate skills in AutoCad, Microsoft Office package (word, excel, teams, outlook etc)

• Basic knowledge in Piping/Electrical/Electronics/Automation

• Good communication skills in English
