About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Associate & Contract Manager to join our in-house legal team. This hands-on role focuses on contracts and compliance to enable faster deal closure through smart structuring and streamlined workflows. The role reports to General Counsel.
We’re serving customers in highly regulated sectors (defense, finance, government), you'll be responsible for processing Data Processing- and Data Sharing Agreements together with our InfoSec team and you will also manage Software-, SaaS- and License Agreements, and supplier documentation such as code of conduct and security requirements ---all critical to our Customer security-first approach. Your work will be closely linked to GDPR and DORA regulations.
Together with General Counsel you will also:

Assist with legal inquiries and provide daily legal support to the wider team, General Counsel, and business units.

Contribute to internal contract management, develop legal playbooks, templates, and contract guidelines as well as policies and procedures.

Maintain our digital contract archive and support process improvements in collaboration with Business Operations.

Help maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging team culture.

About the TeamYou’ll be part of a small, collaborative, and hands-on legal team based in Oslo. We provide legal support across the global organization, with a focus on enabling growth while managing risk. We work closely with teams across sales, product, and operations, and we value trust, transparency, and teamwork.
What you’ll bring:-
Law degree with 1--4 years of post-qualification experience.

Solid understanding of DPA’s And DSA’s, contract law and practical experience drafting, reviewing, and closing commercial agreements.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

Motivated by producing and maintaining legal documentation and internal legal tools.

Able to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.

Experience with public procurement or tenders is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Curious and motivated to learn and grow within the role.
