Role PurposeDeliver high‑quality machined components by operating and programming CNC equipment. Support continuous improvement and modernization of machining processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Programming & Operation: Prepare and run CNC programs for precision machining, ensuring efficient setups and accurate production.

Quality & Documentation: Interpret technical drawings and tolerances, perform inspections, and maintain required production records.

Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall efficiency

Safety & Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
Our factory is moving toward digitalized machining---including smarter processes, data-driven decision-making, and automation.
The right candidate will play a key role in this transformation, helping us implement technologies such as connected equipment, predictive maintenance, and advanced analytics.

Our machining operations today utilize modern CNC programming tools and multi-axis machining centers designed for high precision and flexibility. Programming is performed using industry-standard CAM software integrated with CNC controllers from leading brands, and supported by digital workflows for program verification and optimization.

CNC milling and turning machines capable of complex geometries and tight tolerances.

Automated handling solutions and connected systems for improved efficiency and traceability.

Digital interfaces and control systems aligned with Industry 4.0 principles, enabling data exchange and remote monitoring.

Qualifications-
Vocational certificate (Fagbrev) or equivalent experience in CNC machining.

Solid experience in CNC operation and programming.

Ability to read technical drawings and apply precision standards.

Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (Lean, 5S).

Interest in digitalization and smart manufacturing concepts.

Experience with process optimization and technology adoption.
