About the Role

We are looking for a Helpdesk Agent to provide first- and second-line IT support alongside essential IT administration. You will handle incidents and service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage IT assets to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support by registering, prioritising, handling, and following up on incidents and service requests.

• Deliver second-line support by troubleshooting software, hardware, network, and access-related issues.

• Manage IT assets, including stock control and inventory tracking.

• Administer users and devices, including onboarding and offboarding.

• Support IT purchasing, supplier coordination, and software licence administration.

• Escalate issues to relevant teams or stakeholders when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience handling IT incidents.

• Experience with Google Workspace.

• Experience with Atlassian.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune.

• Experience with Slack.

• Experience with Ubiquiti.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
