Contract Lead - 8-10 years exp. within Subsea, Engineering or Construction

Our client need high skilled candidates within PSR (Priority Services Register) within categories: Subsea, Engineering and Construction. NB! Deadline for application: 4.9.25 at 12:00 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements.
• Holds the mandate to legally commit the company to suppliers.
• Take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks through:
• • Lead contract establishment
  • Lead inquiry processes, including strategy, inquiry, evaluation, negotiation
  • Act as commercial leader in tender processes
  • Implement and operationalise new agreements such as frame agreements and single source
  • Shape the global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers, drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for the company
  • Ensure contract compliance, identify and manage risk regarding safety, security, sustainability, commercial, financial, local requirements
  • Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements, including procurement support and operational tasks
  • As Contract Lead you will conduct/facilitate strategic workshops, risk assessment, stakeholder management by working closely with the business line.

Education:

Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree

Competence requirements

• Mandatory with minimum 8-10 years of experience in project procurement and the mentioned categories within Subsea, Engineering and Construction
• Significant contract competence and understanding for the entire contract process, from screening, strategy development, evaluation, and contract administration.
• Experience as an evaluation leader
• Ability to both work independently and to collaborate
• Familiar with Contiki and SAP Ariba (EMA)
