Hva vi ser etter

CC Tekstilservice AS is looking for a machine operator / production worker with operational responsibility for our production facility in Sande.

We are looking for someone who wants an active and varied workday and enjoys combining practical work with responsibility for workflow, quality and completion.

You will become an important part of the team that ensures clothing and other textiles are processed correctly and delivered to our customers on time and to the right quality standard.

This is an operational role with responsibility. You will work actively in production yourself while, after training, taking responsibility for parts of the production flow and being expected to take ownership of your own area of responsibility.

The position is well suited to someone with a strong work capacity, flexibility and a willingness to take responsibility.

You do not necessarily need previous experience in production or textile care. What matters most is that you are willing to learn, work efficiently and contribute positively to the team.

Who is the position suitable for?

We are looking for a positive and reliable employee who likes getting things done and is comfortable taking responsibility.

You take responsibility for your own tasks, follow them through to completion and actively contribute to a smooth production flow.

You are practical, work in a structured and accurate way, and can maintain a good pace without compromising on quality.

We are looking for someone who:

· has a strong work capacity and enjoys an active workday

· is flexible and contributes where needed

· takes responsibility and ownership of their own tasks

· works in a structured and efficient manner

· is accurate and quality-conscious

· is solution-oriented and takes initiative

· works well with others

· can handle a fast pace and varying workloads

· wants to learn and develop

· can communicate in a Scandinavian language or English and understand procedures and safety requirements

Experience from production, textile care or machine operation is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The right attitude, work ethic, sense of responsibility and ability to learn are highly valued by us.

Arbeidsoppgaver

As a machine operator / production worker, you will work hands-on and operationally in production.

The role includes operating production equipment, processing textiles and taking responsibility for parts of the daily production flow.

The main focus is the treatment of clothing and garments, while you will also handle other types of textiles.

After training, you will be responsible for part of the production flow and follow established procedures for quality, efficiency and smooth operations.

This means that you will not only carry out your own tasks, but also help ensure good workflow, correct prioritisation and that work within your area of responsibility is completed on time and to the required quality.

When needed, you will also assist with ironing and pressing clothing and textiles, as well as packing and preparing finished products.

The workday is active and physical, with varied tasks and a pace that is adapted to the production flow and the day's workload.

During busy periods, it is important that you are flexible, solution-oriented and willing to help where the need is greatest so that production runs smoothly and deliveries are completed on time.

Key responsibilities

· Take responsibility for parts of the daily production flow

· Contribute to planning, prioritising and following up production

· Operate production equipment, including dry-cleaning machines and washing machines
