Are you the enthusiastic and analytical People Data Strategist we’re looking for?

Then we need your help to shape and drive our People & HR data strategy across Visma!

We are a group of 190 companies in 34 countries. In this role, you will be a central player in transforming HRs through data. You will be at the intersection of HR leadership and our data teams, making sure our HR data is transformed into meaningful insights and useful tools that enable strategic decision-making across the employee lifecycle. You will be in charge of the HR data strategy, leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for people data offerings across Visma, while also promoting a culture of data-informed decision-making within HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Owning the People Data strategy: The People Data Strategist is responsible for leading the domain strategy. You will define and execute the strategy for people-related data across the Visma group, keeping broader HR and business goals in mind. You will also determine the most important data sources and focus areas for the team, and be the trusted go-to expert for the Chief People Officer and other key stakeholders.

Shaping data & AI products: You will be the one setting the vision for what to build and what business problems should be solved. You will also determine how to create the most value with the organisation's people data.

**Data governance & quality:**You’ll often collaborate with relevant stakeholders, to make sure that our people-related data is accurate, consistent and compliant. You'll work closely with data analysts, engineers, and the HR tech team to assess our current systems, ensuring we're constantly strengthening our technology and data foundation.

What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will have worked in HR Analytics, Data, or HR roles.

• Familiarity with platforms like BigQuery, Google Sheets and Looker Studio is a must in order to conduct strategic ad-hoc analyses

• We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of HR processes, people data, and business strategy.

• AI-first mindset and an acknowledgement of the fast changing AI Transformation

• The candidate should have strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to bring data to life for non-technical audiences.

• Experience collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and engineers is a necessity for this role

• We need someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
