About the Job:
In this role, you will leverage your leadership skills and deep industry knowledge to guide complex projects that help our clients unlock the full potential of Siemens Teamcenterand shape the future of digital manufacturing. You will contribute to supporting our projects and managing each customer’s unique needs, while staying up-to-date with the latest developments in PLM.

You will report directly to the Director of Business Consulting and collaborate closely with a team of skilled project managers and consultants to deliver strategic, high-impact solutions.

Your role will include:
As a Senior Project Manager at CLEVR, your role will be all about navigating projects for various clients. Whether it's a short project or a multi-year endeavor in PLM, you'll be managing consultants and collaborating with stakeholders.
Our project teams vary in size, from solo acts to deploying a group of many engineers, ensuring diversity in every project.

• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing all technical aspects of project delivery.

• Extensive experience managing full project lifecycles, from business case development and requirements gathering through implementation, validation, and post-go-live support.

• Leading and coordinating engineering activities, ensuring timely and high-quality technical solutions within budget.

• Collaborate with management to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal project execution.

• Collaborate with PLM engineers and technical teams to design, configure, and integrate Teamcenter into complex manufacturing environments.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects within the manufacturing industry.

• Documented experience as a senior project manager or project lead.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery frameworks.

• Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent are an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
