Our AML & CTF Departments responsibility is to ensure proper processes to identify, hinder and report money laundering and financing terrorism. We achieve this through efficient processes, daily monitoring, thorough investigations, and reporting.
We are excited to announce that we are looking for two AML Investigator to join our dedicated team! This is a temporary position, based in Norway.

Our responsibilities include monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with AML regulations. The unit collaborates with various stakeholders, handles customer due diligence, and prepares reports for regulatory authorities. Our goal is to ensure the safe and secure journey of our customers by safeguarding their experience and secure the use of our products through efficient, adaptable processes that comply with AML legislation.

I’ve been working in Entercard for 16 years, after many years in the Fraud Department I fell in love with AML. I joined in creating AML Department at Entercard back in 2017.
My passion for my work is shared with the rest of our amazing team.
Your role at Entercard Key Responsibilities (not limited to):- Transaction monitoring and case management
- Input to issue management
- Handling mail and managing document management (scanning, post, etc.)
- Suggesting improvements and managing activities on the JIRA board
- Providing training to stakeholders (e.g., APH, CS)
- Developing own training and skills
- On-boarding CC tasks, including BO investigation, screening PEP/RCA, and sanctions screening
- Supporting internal stakeholders and handling mail for NO/DK/SE/FI
- Business intelligence (omvärdsbevakning) and incident knowledge
- Preparing reports to FIU with 4-eyes analysis
- Supporting in maintaining SOP and handling authority requests
- Ability to deliver with sometimes tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Norwegian. Understand Swedish.
- Familiar with our products and systems.
- Experience in handling cases and mail.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and incident management.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and supporting compliance tasks.
