Sprekenhus is a Norwegian unisex luxury brand founded in 2010 by Alexander Eggum. Based in Oslo, our office and retail store are home to a dedicated team of ten employees. We are now seeking a Nordic Sales Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will oversee all wholesale operations across the Nordic market, driving brand growth and sales.
About the RoleAs Nordic Sales Manager at Sprekenhus, you will be responsible for developing and executing our wholesale strategy across the region. You will manage and grow relationships with key retail partners, identify new business opportunities, and ensure strong sell-through across markets. In addition, you will lead sales meetings, monitor performance, and collaborate closely with our marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand direction. Reporting to the COO, you will play a central role in driving growth and strengthening Sprekenhus’ presence in the Nordic market.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and implement company wholesale strategy to drive growth and strengthen Sprekenhus’ presence in the Nordic market.

Build and manage relationships with key retail and distribution partners, while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Lead sales activities including forecasting and account management to ensure strong performance across markets.

Monitor sales results, market trends, and competitor activity, using insights to optimize strategy and ways of working.

Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial goals with brand direction and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Represent Sprekenhus at trade shows, events, and partner meetings to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.

You have proven experience in wholesale, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands, or alternatively a minimum of two years’ experience in retail, including a position with buying responsibilities.

You are a strategic thinker with strong commercial background and a hands-on approach to execution.
