We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Group Head of Tax to lead our global tax function. This is a key corporate role responsible for shaping and executing tax strategies that align with DOF's overall business objectives. As Group Head of Tax, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to advise on tax implications. We are looking for a candidate that can provide deep expertise in international tax planning, compliance and transfer pricing.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute global tax strategies in line with group strategy

Optimize the group's overall payable tax rate

Identify tax opportunities and risks across jurisdictions

Design tax-efficient structures for entities, capital, assets, and projects

Ensure full compliance with international and local tax regulations

Oversee and coordinate transfer pricing policies, documentation, and reporting

Lead and manage global tax resources and external advisors

Collaborate closely with other teams to support the company's strategic initiatives

Master's degree in Law, Business or similar field
-
5+ years of experience with international tax, with a background in tax, legal, or auditing.

Experience within the maritime sector or large-scale service delivery businesses is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing

Solid leadership and management skills.

Analytical and accurate

Fluent in English, with good communication skills both spoken and written
