Senior Executive, Energy and Renewables

Are you ready to take a senior role in a high-performing team providing strategic risk advisory and broking services to a diverse portfolio of Energy clients?

We are seeking two solution‑oriented Senior Executives to help accelerate our growth within Energy and Renewables, with a particular focus on expanding our footprint in the Norwegian market.

• Lead advisory and broking relationships for a portfolio of Energy and Renewables clients, providing strategic risk insight and market-leading solutions

• Drive growth across Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services and Offshore Wind through proactive business development and deep sector expertise

• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, retention and expansion of our relationships

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to bring integrated Aon capabilities to clients

• Contribute to the development and mentoring of more junior team members, supporting a strong performance culture

• Self-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable operating at senior client level

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Broking, Underwriting, or as a Risk Manager within Energy or related sectors

• Proven track record in client management, business development and delivering complex risk and insurance solutions

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers

• Aon’s M&E business is experiencing strong growth in Norway, creating significant opportunities for senior talent

• Clear market opportunities in Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services and Offshore Wind, with room to shape our go‑to‑market approach

• We are strengthening our already expanded team with two additional Senior Account Executives based in Norway
