What you'll doWith your proven professional track record, you will quickly become a valued member of Norwegian Hull Club's Underwriting team. Building on your existing expertise, you will take full responsibility for managing and developing an existing business portfolio, while meaningfully contributing to the continued growth and success of Norwegian Hull Club.
You will work closely with brokers, clients and colleagues, combining solid technical underwriting skills with effective relationship building.
Qualities and skillsOur preferred candidate is self-driven with a proven track record in the marine insurance industry, ideally in underwriting. They will also have the ambition to take on greater responsibility as they progress in their career.
We are after someone who:

Has at least five years of experience working in the marine insurance industry

Has a commercial mindset
-
Has a relevant degree
-
Is an excellent communicator who is fluent in English and - preferably - a Scandinavian language

Enjoys building new relationships

Is self-driven but still very much a team-player

Is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the continued success and development of Norwegian Hull Club
The location for these positions - either Bergen or Oslo - will be based upon the circumstances of the successful applicants and the future development of the Underwriting team.
