Arbeidsoppgaver

In this role, you will be the ultimate guide for our customers, conducting professional color analysis sessions and using your makeup and styling expertise to show them exactly how to bring their custom color palette to life. Your goal is to educate, empower, and provide an unforgettable experience that helps our clients look their absolute best.

• Conduct Color Analysis: Lead one-on-one consultations using draping techniques and color theory to determine each client's seasonal color palette and skin undertones.

• Educate & Empower: Explain the "why" behind color choices, teaching clients which shades of makeup, clothing, and accessories will naturally enhance their features.

• Curate & Apply Makeup: Select and apply the perfect makeup products tailored to the client's specific color profile, demonstrating how to use them effectively.

• Provide Product Recommendations: Drive retail sales by creating customized product lists and regimens based on the client's analysis.

• Create a Welcoming Environment: Deliver an exceptional, warm, and highly personalized customer service experience from start to finish.
