Its flagship products include the Sensio 365 software platform, the Sensio Care wireless nurse call system, and RoomMate, a multisensory monitor for fall detection and prevention.

As Head of Brand & Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of Sensio’s growth journey - taking the lead in strengthening and expanding our international brand. You’ll own the brand platform and marketing strategy, lead the central marketing team in Oslo, and collaborate closely with dedicated marketing talent that sit locally in each of our markets. Reporting directly to the CCO, and working actively across the wider organization, you’ll have a key role in positioning Sensio on the global stage.

We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader with a proven ability to build and grow brands --- ideally with international reach --- and the drive to take Sensio to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

We are not looking for someone to simply tick off a task list. We want an experienced Head of Brand and Marketing who can quickly assess our current marketing setup and knows what it takes to build a leading international brand - from defining the marketing strategy, to driving operational execution, to establishing the right structures and ways of working to scale our brand internationally.

You report to the CCO, and you will be the clear leader and driving force in brand and marketing - entrusted with full responsibility, the freedom to shape direction, and the expectations that come with such a role.

The right candidate

• You bring a strong, up-to-date marketing toolkit - from strategy to execution

• You know what it takes to build and grow a brand - and you’ve done it before

• You have experience scaling internationally (a big plus)

• Solid experience in B2B/B2G environments

• Experience from technology companies or growth businesses is an advantage
