As our Marketing & Business Developer you will play an important role in shaping how we attract, engage, and secure clients across the industries we serve worldwide. Responsibilities in this role will be:

Strategic Marketing & Business Development

• Design and hands-on execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and generate qualified business opportunities within the target markets
• Follow-up on customer leads and contribute to the development of new business opportunities, supporting the sales team with high-quality content
• Support the refinement of value propositions through market insights and competitor analysis

Content and Communication

• Contribute to strategic positioning by creating and sharing consistent and targeted content across our channels
• Managing communication activities, including media outreach, PR, events and stakeholder engagement
• Help ensure our messaging aligns with our strategic goals and resonates with key audiences

We are looking for a driven and strategic professional that believes in our mission, to ensure ECOnnect Energy becoming a leading company in our niche. We believe a background with these qualifications will help us get there**:**

• Relevant experience with marketing and/or business development
• Comfortable managing projects and stakeholders
• Experience with B2B sales and a commercial mindset is valuable
• Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written
• Relevant higher education, preferably within marketing, business or engineering
