As theCustomer Service Representative , you will join a close-knit, dynamic team dedicated to driving Flokk’s ambitious strategy within customer experience excellence. Your work will contribute to achieving our company goals, driving operational excellence, and supporting Flokk's continued growth. This is a full-time temporary position until 30 December 2026, with an immediate start. You’ll be joining a company that values development, with good opportunities for extension and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Handle and follow up on orders from order entry to delivery
• Collaborate closely with production, purchase, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless deliveries
• Help identify and follow up on improvement areas within the customer journey and internal processes
• Contribute actively to the development of digital systems and customer solutions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, efficient, and inclusive work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2--3 years of relevant experience in customer service, support, or order processing
• You have experience working with digital systems and quickly adapt to new tools. Experience with ERP and CRM systems is considered an advantage
• Understanding of the value chain and logistics processes
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
• Relevant education is an advantage, but experience and attitude will be highly valued
