Arctic GM Experiences AS is a dynamic and fast-growing company offering premium tour experiences with a heritage dating back to the 1600s. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the tourism industry, Arctic GM is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to lead our Tromsø operations.

As the Manager for Tromsø, you will:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of daily tours and activities.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of guides, drivers, and other staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Monitor operational performance, manage schedules, and optimize resource allocation.

• Uphold and enforce safety, quality, and sustainability standards in all operations.

• Contribute to local marketing efforts and actively promote Arctic GM Experiences AS in Tromsø.

• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with Norwegian laws and regulations.

• Managerial Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in the tour or hospitality industry.

• Strong Operational Skills: Experience in managing multi-faceted operations and coordinating teams.

• Guest-Focused Approach: A dedication to creating outstanding experiences for international travelers.

• Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively.

• Regional Insight: Knowledge of Tromsø and the surrounding area is an advantage.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; Norwegian or additional language are a bonus.

• Driver’s License: A valid category B driving license is essential.
