About The Job
We are looking for the next Technical Support Specialist (Junior / Senior) to join our team in Oslo or Tromsø.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional technical support by combining creative problem-solving with a deep understanding of how Dualog’s solutions operate. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders---developers, captains onboard ships, and industry partners---you will play a key role in delivering Customer Success.
You’ll be part of a highly skilled team based in Norway and Singapore, known for providing unparalleled support to our customers both at sea and ashore.

What You Will Do
Depending on your experience and role, responsibilities may include:

Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support for Dualog software and services via phone and email (training provided).

Collaborate with colleagues in Norway and Singapore to ensure seamless global technical support operations.

Contribute to team projects and special service deliveries.

Engaging with customers and internal teams to enhance Customer Success and service quality.
What We Are Looking For
Key Requirements-
Fluency in Norwegian is mandatory
-
A strong passion for technology and solving technical challenges.

Foundational knowledge in networking, operating systems, hardware, and email protocols, with troubleshooting capabilities.

Excellent analytical skills, capable of making effective decisions independently and within a team.

A customer-first mindset with a drive to find solutions that meet client needs.
-
Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Hands-on experience in customer-facing technical support roles.

Proficiency in troubleshooting networking, operating systems, hardware, and email protocols.

Knowledge of Oracle databases or other database management systems.
-
Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are highly advantageous.

Experience in maritime satellite communication and the shipping industry is a plus.
