We're expanding our team in Lovund, Nordland, and are looking for dedicated Production Operators to work in our salmon processing plant. Positions are available across all production areas: sløying (gutting), bløgging (bleeding), and filleting.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the processing of salmon from start to finish
• Operate production machinery and follow processing routines
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and product quality
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work according to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in fish or food production is a plus, but training will be provided
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a physically active environment
• English-speaking (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
