IDENTEC SOLUTIONS Norway AS is looking for a driven Junior Sales Manager (or Sales Development Manager)

If you have initial experience in the Oil & Gas or Marine sectors and want to transition into high-impact international technical sales, this is your launchpad.

Based in our office in Kristiansand, you will work closely and report directly to our VP of Global Sales based in Aberdeen.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Global Growth: Uncover and build high-value opportunities with new and existing O&G accounts worldwide.

• Build Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with international key decision-makers.

• Learn & Scale: Collaborate daily with technical teams, travel for client events, and manage pipeline integrity via HubSpot.

What You Bring:

• Industry Foundation: Initial professional exposure to the Oil & Gas or Marine sectors.

• Commercial Drive: Early experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing technical roles.

• Communication Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Norwegian, with the confidence to network globally.

• Logistics: A valid Norwegian work permit, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel.
