About the roleWe are seeking a motivated colleague to join our Compensation, Benefits and Reporting (CB&R) team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to grow, contribute, and help drive digital transformation by leveraging digital tools. The CB&R department holds broad responsibilities both in Norway and internationally. Our team includes specialists in insurance, pensions, international tax regulations, reporting, payroll, travel, and health and work environment matters.
Do you have a "tech-curious" mindset and enjoy experimenting with new digital capabilities?
Key Responsibilities- Insurance tasks, including reporting, documentation, and registrations.
- Responsibility and contribute for preparing and delivering various reports, internal and external.
- Contribute and take ownership of employee surveys and manage tools such as Questback.
- Help to improve all information presented on our digital platforms.
- Demonstrate knowledge and use of our ERP system
- Provide assistance and support to the department's specialists.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, HR, or similar fields.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Strong skills in using Microsoft 365 and comparable digital platforms.
- Some experience with HR analytics, data, or HR-related roles is advantageous.
- Collaborative and knowledge-sharing approach - you enjoy working with others to grow together.
- Your mindset is "no task is too small or too big for me."
- Proactive and opportunity-oriented attitude
- You communicate well and are able to build trust
