The Opportunity

• Co-create and execute omnichannel marketing plans that deliver value for patients, customers, and Roche.

• Translate strategy into actionable tactics, setting clear milestones, allocating resources, and managing budgets.

• Use insights, data, and digital tools to understand customer and patient journeys, identifying opportunities for improved engagement.

• Act as owner of digital marketing channels, leading initiatives such as newsletters and online campaigns.

• Develop value propositions and tailored engagement plans that provide consistent and impactful customer experiences.

• Measure and optimize marketing activities, ensuring alignment with national, regional, and global objectives.

• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to trusted collaborations across the organization.

Who You Are

• You bring 2--5 years of experience, ideally with a background in digital and omnichannel marketing.

• You have knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and a strong customer- and patient-centric mindset.

• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning insights into tangible outcomes.

• You are curious, adaptable, and eager to explore new approaches, using digital and data-driven methods.

• You work collaboratively, building networks and fostering partnerships across functions and ecosystems.

• You are fluent in English and Norwegian, thriving in a dynamic environment with agility, accountability, and a focus on creating value.
