• Has previous Restaurant Management - Assistant Management Experience, or a completed Chef education in Norway

• Enjoys collaborating within a small, dynamic team

🔍 About the Role

As Food Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our food hall location, making sure every day runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will include:

• Running the daily show: Plan and oversee operations, prep schedules, and workflow to keep the store humming

• Stock and supply master: Manage inventory, receive orders, and organize shifts so the team can shine

• Team coach: Train, guide, and support your colleagues to deliver top-notch food and service

• Keeper of standards: Maintain cleanliness, safety (HMS), and accurate operational records

• Guest ambassador: Create welcoming experiences and connect with customers on the floor

• Teamwork with leadership: Collaborate closely with the Jizo leadership team to maintain quality and grow the store

Work Hours: You'll have flexibility in your schedule while ensuring smooth daily operations. Standard days are 7.5 hours plus a 30-minute break, and you'll decide when your presence is most needed to lead the team effectively.
