We are now looking for a Nordic Projects & Solutions Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, Stavanger or Copenhagen office.

Are you ready to lead cutting-edge simulation projects across the Nordic region? We’re looking for a a Nordic Projects & Solutions Specialist to manage implementation projects advanced technical support of simulation centers. Join our mission to help save lives and improve healthcare education through seamless project execution and innovative solutions and support.

• Lead and support installations of advanced simulation centres and other digital solutions across healthcare institutions, providing project management, guidance and technical expertise.
• Ensure effective Implementation of advanced simulation systems and maintain streamlined and continuously improved processes across the Nordic Region.
• Align AV and network services with internal requirements for efficient integration of third-party providers.
• Provide advanced technical support to the Nordic markets and customers, ensuring network, AV, and simulator standards are met.
• Build strong customer relationships, manage third-party providers, and coordinate resources for high-quality service delivery
• Participate in driving the shift toward more digital technical support.

In this role you will Implement and Support our most advanced simulations centers in the Nordic. You will engage with our customers, who consist mostly of hospitals, educational institutions, first responders, and ambulance services, to enhance customer value through effective project management, customer technical support and engagement.

We're looking for a talented project manager who shares knowledge and supports others to achieve group goals. You should be innovative, open to new ideas, and on the lookout for continuous improvement. You're persuasive, impactful with your plans, and methodical in your approach.

• 4+ years of experience with advanced technical installations spanning hardware and software, project management, and technical support.
• Strong background in AV, Network and Connectivity (example: DANTE, IP cameras, firewall, network, and connectivity).
• Proven ability to manage third-party services and larger projects.
• Excellent English and fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages (other languages are a plus).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as IT, engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience can compensate for education.
• Healthcare and/or medical sector knowledge and experience and knowledge of Laerdal products and services or related products and services is a plus
