At Oda, we develop affordable grocery services to make the logistics of living surprisingly easy. First, we built Norway’s leading online grocery store. Now, partnered with Mathem in Sweden, we’re on our way to becoming the world’s most effective retail system, delivering weekly to thousands of Scandinavian doorsteps.
As part of our team, you’ll work with smart, passionate colleagues who bring their whole selves to work daily. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative environment where everyone is welcome and everyone’s opinion matters. Whether you're shaping the future of online retail, tackling complex logistical problems, or making everyday life better for our customers, your work will have a real impact. Read on to find out what part you could play in our story.
We are looking for two Driver Team Leads to work full-time from our DIP in Hamar! We are looking for a new team leader for the morning shift, 05:30-13:30, and for the evening shift, 13:30-21:30. Please specify in your application which shift you are applying for.
As a driver with us, you play an important role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers, report to the delivery operating manager, and collaborate with other driver team leads. You’ll be delivering groceries and packages to our many customers in the area. We believe you'll like working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work independently and in a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should enjoy being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity, not just driving.
