You? An experienced Sales Director with a strong grasp of the Norwegian real estate industry --- from market trends and regulatory frameworks to customer expectations and commercial partnerships. You combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring both growth and operational excellence.
Role? Sales Director responsible for driving FINN Eiendom’s commercial success by leading, supporting, and developing a high-performing sales organization. You’ll ensure the team operates with clear priorities, structured routines, and a sharp customer focus every day.

WHO ARE YOU?- You bring deep knowledge of the Norwegian real estate market, understanding how developers, brokers, and buyers interact, and how digital marketplaces can create new value for all.
- You have a strategic and analytical mindset, always connecting daily execution with long-term vision and measurable outcomes.
- You lead with structure and clarity, setting priorities, establishing strong routines, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and with purpose.
- You’re an inspiring and empathetic leader, capable of balancing coaching with clear accountability. You know how to support, challenge, and grow your team.
- You naturally collaborate across teams, from product and marketing to analytics and partnerships ensuring that sales insights directly inform product development and business strategy.
- You speak fluent Norwegian and English, enabling strong communication with both local customers and colleagues across our Nordic organization.
- You embrace change and lead with confidence through transformation, helping your team stay focused, positive, and commercially sharp.
- As a person, you’re curious, structured, and commercially driven. You thrive on turning complexity into clarity, and strategy into consistent results.
- Lead and develop parts of FINN Eiendom’s sales organization, including a team of Key Account Managers and the broader salesforce, setting direction, providing clarity, and ensuring consistent execution.
- Execute on our high level strategy, and translating that into building our sales strategy.
- Coach and support your team with empathy and structure, helping them navigate complex customer conversations and focus on long-term value creation.
- Own and continuously refine our go-to-market strategy, using data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Strengthen customer relationships across developers, brokers, and other key partners, ensuring FINN Eiendom remains the most trusted and relevant marketplace in Norwegian real estate.
- Collaborate across teams, especially product and marketing to ensure that customer insights directly inform product development, positioning, and communication.
- Align B2B marketing and sales messaging, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all customer touchpoints.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, helping colleagues understand the realities of the real estate market and translating that understanding into clear business actions.
- Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and resilience, encouraging your team to embrace change and new ways of working.
- Drive structure and focus, ensuring that every activity from pipeline management to performance routines contributes to customer value and sustainable commercial growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrating accountability, curiosity, and commercial sharpness in everything you do.
