Mondelēz is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join their Nordic Planning Team. In this key Demand Planning role, you will manage the country Demand Planning process, lead the Demand Review, and drive cross-functional interactions for the Norwegian market. You will play a crucial part in driving consistency, quality, and execution excellence within their Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This role involves close collaboration across commercial teams and throughout the entire end-to-end supply chain, working closely with colleagues across the Nordic region.
Your position will be based at the iconic Freia chocolate factory in Rodeløkka, Oslo. The working environment is shaped by a high degree of commitment to success, and their core values champion diversity, inclusion, and equality.
Initially, this is a fixed-term contract until the end of September 2026, with a start date as soon as possible.

Develop demand forecasts tied to financial savings, including data gathering, information analysis, and management of Market Cannibalization.

Serve as a key business partner, ensuring effective communication with Sales, Marketing, and the Supply Chain function, to optimize service levels and minimize operational deviations.

Conduct risk analysis related to forecast accuracy, ensuring adherence to financial targets, and identifying opportunities to minimize waste and increase efficiency

Representing the CSL & Supply Chain teams in central IBP meetings with the goal of ensuring strategic alignment across the supply chain

Being a key contact for Category Supply Chain-related challenges

Defining and implementing improvements in forecasting work through monthly reviews

For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to assist with people management and daily support for the Demand team

Extensive experience in supply chain, finance, or logistics, combined with commercial understanding (Consumer Packaged Goods).

A strong commercial understanding and experience in preparing and presenting forecasts.

Proven experience with Demand Planning, Demand Review, and understanding of the role within the IBP process.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) and conversational ability in a Nordic language.
Experience from an FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment is highly advantageous.
