We’re looking for skilled Wireless Software Developers to join our team in Lysaker, working on cutting-edge Collaboration Endpoint projects. If you’re passionate about wireless solutions, robust testing, and solving complex technical challenges -- this is your chance to make an impact.

What you’ll do

Develop, test, and improve wireless solutions (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) for next-gen collaboration technology.
Work hands-on with embedded systems, RF behaviors, and hardware integration to identify and resolve issues.
Build and optimize integration tooling and test frameworks in Python.
Contribute to projects running on Linux environments (host side & embedded).
Be part of a modern CI/CD development process, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team to solve problems and drive innovation.

What we’re looking for

Strong understanding of embedded wireless development & protocols.
Knowledge of RF fundamentals & hardware implementation.
Solid Python skills for automation and integration.
Experience with Linux systems (host & embedded).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
A problem-solving mindset with excellent debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
