About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Support Engineer to oversee WellSite Services (WSS) operational deliverables towards customers in Norway. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, support our offshore teams, and help shape the future of safe and efficient energy solutions. Reporting to the WSS Operations Support Manager Norway, you will play a key role in optimizing performance and delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate equipment and personnel for offshore operations.

• Ensure WSS operations meet customer expectations for operational performance and HSEQ.

• Actively participate in operations, including direct involvement in support tasks.

• Perform financial tasks such as forecasting and preparing invoices for projects.

• Foster strong partnerships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Hold personnel responsibility for a portion of the offshore team.

• Support installations coordination.

• Contribute to relationship-building initiatives with customers and teams.

Qualifications & Skills: Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Experience from thermal treatment of drill cuttings would be preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of rig solids control equipment and drilling operations.

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Norwegian.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer and team relationships.

• Experience coordinating installations.

• Field experience providing hands-on operational support.
