Arbeidsoppgaver

You will have responsibility for:

• Daily operation of Front of House

• Leading by example and setting the standard for professionalism, attitude and service

• Creating a culture where every guest is seen, welcomed and genuinely looked after

• Ensuring the team takes ownership, finds solutions and works together

• Maintaining our Service Standards and ensuring they are consistently delivered

• Creating a positive, respectful workplace with clear expectations and strong communication

• Building strong cooperation between floor, bar and kitchen

• Staffing, scheduling and labour-cost control

• Maintaining high standards for food, drinks, cleanliness and presentation

• Training and developing the team in product knowledge, upselling and guest service

• Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively

• Driving sales and taking ownership of results, profitability and the overall guest experience
