Barista Botanic er en ny café med et unikt konsept -- vi kombinerer kaffe, planter og små delikatesser til en helhetlig opplevelse. Vårt mål er å skape en grønn oase midt i byen, hvor gjestene kan nyte ro, smak og estetikk.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Tilberede og servere enkle, friske og smakfulle lunsjretter

• Lage bakevarer og små delikatesser til caféen

• Sørge for at kjøkkenet holder høy standard på hygiene og kvalitet

Arbeidstid

• Primært morgen og formiddag

• Deltid med mulighet for å øke til fulltid

Vi ser etter deg som

• Har fagbrev som kokk, eller lengre erfaring fra profesjonelt kjøkken og mathåndtering

• Snakker norsk eller engelsk

• Er selvstendig, ryddig og effektiv

• Har interesse for bærekraft, sesongbaserte råvarer og smakfulle, enkle retter

• Er fleksibel og liker å jobbe i et lite, kreativt team

Barista Botanic is a new café with a unique concept -- we combine coffee, plants, and small delicacies into a holistic experience. Our goal is to create a green oasis in the city where guests can enjoy calm, flavor, and aesthetics.

We are now looking for a cook to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve simple, fresh, and flavorful lunch dishes

• Bake pastries and small delicacies for the café

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality in the kitchen

Working hours

• Primarily mornings and daytime

• Part-time with the possibility of full-time

We are looking for someone who

• Holds a professional cook certificate (chef qualification) or has long experience in a professional kitchen and food handling

• Speaks either Norwegian or English

• Works independently, is organized and efficient

• Has an interest in sustainability, seasonal produce, and simple but tasty food

• Is flexible and enjoys working in a small, creative team
