Senior Product Designer (AI Native)

As AI transforms procurement, it's also transforming how products are designed and built. We're looking for someone who wants to help shape both.

What You'll Do

• Own product problems from discovery through implementation

• Talk to customers and deeply understand their needs

• Design intuitive experiences for AI-powered and data-rich products

• Translate complex business challenges into simple, elegant workflows

• Prototype and validate ideas rapidly using AI

• Partner closely with engineers throughout development

• Help evolve our AI-native design system

• Help shape new AI-first ways of building software

What We're Looking For

You might currently call yourself:

• Product Designer

• UX Designer

• Design Engineer

• Frontend Developer

• Product Builder

Titles matter less than capability.

We're looking for an independent product designer who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and is comfortable working across research, product thinking, interaction design, rapid prototyping, and implementation.

You should have strong experience across several of these areas:

• Product Design

• User Research

• Design Systems

• Rapid Prototyping

• Data-rich products

• AI-assisted product development

Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Lovable, v0, or similar is highly desirable.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should enjoy working closely with engineers, understand how modern web applications are built, and be excited to use AI throughout your daily workflow. Familiarity with Git or modern development workflows is a plus.
