About the role

We are looking for a proactive and structured Process and Improvement Professional to support training, adoption, and communication activities related to digital tools and process improvements. You will play a key role in coordinating training, monitoring adoption metrics, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and learning activities.
• Monitor and analyze adoption metrics to measure progress and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for executive management on adoption and improvement trends.
• Collaborate with business owners to ensure clear and consistent communication to end users regarding Cognite products and other digital initiatives.
• Analyze adoption trends and propose actionable measures to enhance usage.
• Share best practices and learnings across business units to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications and experience

• Familiarity with Cognite tools or similar digital platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with adoption and change management initiatives.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to visualize and communicate data effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
