Are you our next AI Team Manager ready to architect the future of intelligent SaaS?

As Team Manager for the new AI Team, you will lead a team dedicated to applying advanced AI technologies across our SaaS portfolio. You will serve as Service Owner for our AI Assistant and future AI services developed by the team.

Succeeding with AI is not only a question of technology---you will work across the organization to pave the way for success, ensuring that everything from content and documentation to our processes are updated to maximize success in an AI-enabled future. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in delivering AI capabilities that transform how our customers work. You will coordinate closely with product teams, other Team Managers, Customer Success, and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with the department’s technical and product goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Manage and coach a multidisciplinary AI development team, ensuring focus, clarity, and high performance.

• Service Ownership: Oversee the planning, delivery, and operation of the AI Assistant and other AI-enabled services.

• Align and Integrate: Work with other Team Managers and Service Owners to align AI innovation with broader platform and product strategies, managing dependencies across teams.

• Innovation Delivery: Drive the implementation of AI solutions---such as AI assistants---into Visma’s products.

• Performance & Adoption: Measure performance and evaluate the efficacy and adoption of AI solutions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Development Manager and relevant stakeholders.

• Quality and Compliance: Ensure that AI services meet security, compliance, and quality benchmarks, and follow DevOps principles for continuous delivery and improvement.

We believe you have:

• Passion for AI and practical experience with using AI tools (such as LLM's, assistants, agents) to benefit output and efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize and successfully drive technical teams, preferably within innovative and modern technology stacks.

• Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language

• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value.

• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate and improve team dynamics.

• Bachelor degree or higher in computer science, business or related field (experience may compensate for a lack of formal education).
