Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on creating impactful campaigns, leveraging HubSpot for lead generation and marketing automation, and optimizing digital performance?

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of extension. You will take an active role in developing and executing digital marketing activities that strengthen our online presence, generate leads, and support business growth.

About the Role

As Digital Marketing Temp, you will contribute to strengthening the company's online presence by planning, developing, and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will support lead generation activities, create engaging content, manage digital campaigns, and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement and business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation, digital campaigns, and lead-generation workflows.

• Strong understanding of customer journeys, buyer personas, and conversion rate optimization.

• An analytical and results-oriented mindset, with experience working towards KPIs and ROI targets.

• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing platforms.

• Experience creating and optimizing landing pages and other lead-generation assets.

• Experience managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns.

• Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education, such as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Practical Information

• 12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of extension.

• Full-time, office-based position in Oslo.

• Preferred start date: early November.
