In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the company to turn market insights into product strategies, coordinate initiatives across teams, and ensure our products deliver real value to our customers and support our sustainability ambitions.

What You’ll Do

As our VP Product Strategy, you will:

Define and execute product strategy that meets market and customer needs, aligns with our financial and operational goals, and delivers a compelling value proposition

Lead competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of trends, track competitors, and guide strategic decisions

Develop robust business cases and financial models in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning product plans with CAPEX/OPEX and pricing strategies

Drive new site development by partnering with business development to identify and secure future growth opportunities

Craft go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure successful launches

Champion continuous improvement by tracking KPIs, refining product performance, and promoting a customer-first mindset across the organization

Inspire product leadership by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative product culture

**Who you are?**You are a commercially minded leader who can see the big picture while keeping an eye on the details that matter. You navigate change with confidence, adapting quickly to shifting priorities without losing strategic focus. You build trust and alignment across diverse teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels to move initiatives forward. You work with intention and clarity, structuring complex work into clear priorities, and you use data and digital tools to guide decisions that deliver both commercial and customer value.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product strategy and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute long-term product roadmaps
• Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with CAPEX/OPEX planning
• Advanced Excel skills (or similar tools) to support financial modelling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision making
• Expertise in analysing market trends and translating insights into product opportunities
• Experience in a technology-driven or infrastructure-related sector
• Proven leadership in cross-functional environments and comfort making decisions in dynamic, fast-paced settings
