Are you curious about how technology and artificial intelligence are reshaping organizations and ways of working? Do you want to help leading organizations in the Stavanger region succeed with large-scale technology and business transformations, with people, change, and adoption at the core?
We are looking for an experienced consultant who wants to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people in one of Norway’s most exciting transformation environments.
What you will work with:As a consultant in Workforce & Organization, you will help some of Norway’s most interesting organizations succeed in complex transformation journeys, often driven by digitalization, AI, and new technologies. You will work closely with client leaders and teams to ensure that strategic ambitions translate into real behavioral change, adoption, and value creation.
You will typically work across one or more of the following areas:
Strategic program and change management-
Shape change narratives and transformation roadmaps that connect business strategy, technology, and people
-
Design and drive change approaches that ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
-
Support leaders in navigating complex transformations and realizing benefits
-
Help organizations understand how AI, automation, and sustainability agendas impact skills, roles, and workforce needs
-
Design learning, reskilling, and capability-building initiatives linked to business outcomes
-
Support organizations in improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness through data, technology, and new operating models
-
Contribute to HR and operating model transformations where people, culture, and governance are key success factors
We are looking for a manager/ senior manager-level profile who combines strong change expertise with an interest in technology-enabled transformation:
-
5+ years of relevant experience from management consulting, change management, and/or organizational transformation
-
Proven experience working with change management in major transformation initiatives, preferably involving technology or digital solutions
-
Experience with, or strong interest in, technology adoption, digital ways of working, AI, or data-driven transformation
-
Solid grounding in organizational development, business management, learning, talent, or similar disciplines
-
Strong commercial acumen, including experience with client development, sales and account growth
-
Experience in Energy, industrial or adjacent sectors is highly valued, while background from public sector/defense is a plus
-
Master’s degree with strong academic results
-
Technology or digital transformation programs
-
Change management and adoption for AI or digital tools
-
Stakeholder management and leadership enablement in complex organizations
-
Training, communication, and capability-building initiatives linked to transformation
-
Are genuinely interested in people, organizations, and how culture and leadership drive results
-
Are analytical, structured, and comfortable working in complex environments
-
Thrive in a consulting context that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
-
Communicate well in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
