As a Field and Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth through engaging marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and executing marketing plans that resonate across diverse European markets.
Key Responsibilities Field Marketing Execution 40%- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns across key European regions.
- Organize and manage events, trade shows, executive roundtables.
- Align field activities with GTM priorities and sales objectives.
- Lead field marketing efforts focused on in-region partner engagement and activation.
- Collaborate with channel partners to co-develop marketing initiatives that drive joint pipeline and revenue.
- Drive channel marketing initiatives to support indirect sales motions.
- Support channel enablement through tailored content, training, and campaign support.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across partner channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to enhance future strategy.
- Maintain a regional calendar of events and continuously identify new opportunities.
- Ownership of European Marketing budget.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven success in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and segmentation.
- Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Background in B2B technology a must together with a strong indirect channel- first background, experience from a UCaaS/UC/Network/AV an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working in a centralized marketing structure with distributed sales teams.
This position is part of a strategic shift to a partner-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategy, from a direct GTM to an indirect GTM, ensuring tighter coordination across Corporate Communications, Sales and Channels. The position is placed in Oslo, Norway and will report to Executive Vice President, Europe.
