📅 Season: 26 April--3 October 2027

📍 Kinsarvik, Hardanger, Norway

👥 20 seasonal positions available

WE ARE HIRING

🧹 HOUSEKEEPING

• 4 Housekeeping Attendants

• 1 Housekeeping Supervisor

🍳 KITCHEN

• 1 Breakfast Chef

• 1 Sous Chef / Head Chef

• 2 Chefs

🍽️ RESTAURANT & BAR

• 1 F&B Supervisor

• 5 Waiters

🛎️ RECEPTION

• 2 Receptionists

• 2 Night Receptionists / Night Auditors

Rotation for night team: one week on / one week off

🔧 MAINTENANCE

• 1 Maintenance Employee

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for reliable, positive and flexible people who are ready to contribute during a busy and exciting hotel season.

You enjoy working with people, take responsibility and understand the importance of excellent guest service.

Good spoken and written English is required for all positions. Norwegian is a significant advantage, particularly for reception, supervisory and other guest-facing roles.

Relevant experience is required for supervisory and senior kitchen positions. For several other roles, motivation, reliability and the right attitude may be just as important as formal qualifications.

⚠️ RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN NORWAY

All applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Norway throughout the agreed employment period.

Applicants from outside the EU/EEA must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the necessary Norwegian residence permit giving them the right to work in Norway. A residence permit issued by another European country does not automatically give a non-EU/EEA citizen the right to work in Norway.

EU/EEA citizens must comply with applicable Norwegian registration requirements.

Applicants are responsible for providing valid documentation before employment begins. No employee can start work without the necessary legal right and documentation.

As we are a seasonal hotel, applicants must be available throughout the agreed employment period.

Employees should not expect to take holidays during the operating season. Any planned holiday or absence must be disclosed during recruitment and discussed and approved in accordance with Norwegian legislation and the hotel's staffing requirements.
