Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking TIG Welders to join an exciting long-term project at Shipyard in Verdal.

The ideal candidate has:

Experience from shipyards or large industrial projects

Ability to read isometric and schematic drawings

Communicative English or Norwegian language skills (minimum B1)

Good physical condition, precision and responsibility

Required TIG (141) welding certificates:

White steel (superduplex), thick-walled pipes (FM6)

White steel (superduplex), thin-walled pipes (FM6)

Black steel, thick-walled pipes (FM1)

What we offer

Norwegian employment contract with full benefits (insurance, pension contributions, holiday allowance)

Rotation system 2/3 – 2 weeks on (12-hour shifts) / 3 weeks off

Salary:

Day shifts: from 291.46 NOK/hour gross

Night shifts: from 304.19 NOK/hour gross + night supplement 49.90 NOK → 353.79 NOK/hour

Free meals and accommodation in a modern on-site camp 

Travel reimbursement up to 3,500 NOK per rotation (first ticket can be arranged by us)

Free workwear, protective footwear and all necessary tools

On-site support from an experienced Adecco HR consultant

Project running until the end of the year, with possibility of extension
