Fugro Norway (Trondheim) is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a technically skilled Warehouse Supervisor to lead workshop operations and ensure equipment readiness for Metocean projects. You’ll oversee maintenance, calibration, and logistics of Metocean equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team coordination and acts as a key link between engineering, operations, and support functions. You’ll help maintain a high-performing technical environment that supports both daily operations and long-term capability development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and testing of Metocean equipment

• Manage workshop activities and resolve complex technical issues

• Supervise daily operations, resource allocation, and safe use of tools and equipment

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and manufacturer guidelines

• Support team development through training and performance follow-up

• Oversee shipment and receipt of equipment, ensuring documentation and timely availability

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Oceanography, Meteorology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Experience: Advanced experience with measurement equipment and workshop operations

• Management Experience: Intermediate experience managing offshore or engineering staff

• Strong understanding of Metocean instrumentation and systems

• Familiarity with QHSSE standards and warehouse safety procedures

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs compliance

• Ability to coordinate across departments and support strategic goals

• Strong leadership and communication skills
