Highland Lodge is looking for an experienced Sushi Chef!

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sushi Chef to join our team at Highland Lodge.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as a sushi chef -- previous experience is required

• Holds a culinary certificate or has relevant education/experience in a similar role

• Speaks and understands English, both spoken and written

• Is service-minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Is flexible and enjoys working as part of a team

• Works efficiently, neatly, and has a strong sense of order

• Is a team player who is willing to share and gain knowledge and experience
