Project Manager for customer projects

Manage assigned projects from contract award through successful completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Execute projects in accordance with contractual scope while identifying opportunities for variation orders and additional services.

Apply established project management processes, tools, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasts.

Coordinate project activities across functions to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and proactively escalate issues when required.

Ensure contractual, commercial, and legal requirements are understood and appropriately addressed during project execution.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to lessons learned activities.

Requirements

Technical, commercial, or business/finance degree

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in project management, operations, engineering, or service delivery.

Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and financial understanding, including cost control and project profitability.

Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Possesses strong communication skills and is fluent in English.

Enjoys working collaboratively across functions and driving projects from initial customer engagement through successful completion.
