As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in managing and implementing strategic initiatives --- from operating model improvements to technical migrations and large-scale rollouts. You will work hands-on with project delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology execution, and driving change that sticks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects, including technical migrations, platform rollouts, and process implementation initiatives.

• Drive structured project execution --- from scoping and planning to implementation, monitoring, and handover.

• Support strategy execution by aligning stakeholders, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Define and embed best practices in project governance, change management, and operational excellence.

• Develop and continuously improve our value-stream-based operating model, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, scientific, or business-related field

• Minimum 4 years’ experience leading projects or workstreams in complex, cross-functional environments --- migration and implementation experience preferred.

• Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives.

• Experience with agile transformation, operating model implementation, or systems integration is a plus.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

• Business fluent in English, both written and spoken.
