WE ARE HIRING GUIDES FOR SEASON 2026 who would like to be based in Voss or nearby areas!

Are you passionate about Norway’s stunning fjords, rich culture, and vibrant landscapes? Nordic Gateway is seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable German-speaking Tour Guides to join our team for the Spring and Summer season. Lead tours through the breathtaking regions of Eidfjord, Flåm, Skjolden, Bergen, and Vik, and make every journey an unforgettable experience for travelers from around the world!

SEASON 2026 starts on March 27th. 

Who We’re Looking For:

• Language: GERMAN and ENGLISH. 
• Based already in Voss or nearby areas. If you’re not currently based here, we can assist in finding accommodation.
• Friendly, approachable personality: Prior customer service experience is an asset, as we’re looking for guides who will like to make our guests feel welcomed
• Passion for Norwegian nature, culture, and history: Whether you’re well-versed or just passionate, we value enthusiasm and dedication to sharing Norway’s wonders.
• Flexible and adaptable: Willing to travel on short notice and take on varied assignments in different locations.
• Reliable and trustworthy: Honesty and reliability are core values for our team.
